We are situated 30 minutes north of Kingston and 1.5 hours south of Ottawa on Powells Bay providing a spectacular view of the 2,046 acre Sand Lake. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of our excellent fishing, sandy beach, boat rentals, playground, horseshoe pit and games room. A ten minute boat ride takes you to Sand Lake Marine, either Jones Falls or Davis Locks, both part of the Rideau Canal System. Golf courses are nearby. The village of Elgin is 5 minutes away and offers a bank, post office, pharmacy, restaurant, grocery, hardware, liquor and beer stores, laundromat, service stations, hairdressers, churches, florist, bowling lanes and gym.
